Meet Steven Davies, the dynamic Director and co-owner of Allens United Drainage & Earthworks
Steven Davies is the Managing Director (and co-owner with his wife Amanda) of Allens United Drainage & Earthworks. He began working for the business in 2007 and bought it in 2020. As a New Zealand Certifying Drainlayer and a New Zealand Water & Waste service person L3 certified professional, Steven ensures that every project undertaken by Allens United Drainage & Earthworks meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. He is open to adopting new technologies, refining processes, and finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
Steven values the relationships he has built with clients, suppliers, and industry partners over the years. He believes that clear communication, mutual respect, and trust are the foundation of successful business relationships. Steven has a "hands-on" approach and personally oversees projects, including viewing all sites prior to disestablishment to ensure he is personally happy with the result, and that the work has been completed to the best possible standard and clients are completely satisfied.
Steven also believes in nurturing the next generation of industry professionals, mentoring the company's young apprentices - instilling in them not only the technical skills required for success but also the importance of integrity, diligence, and dedication.
